A Change in the Air

It rained!  We were not happy about the rain, but now it is cooler.

The human says it's supposed to be much cooler, which we're all happy about.



She says we're supposed to get more rain too.  I'm not so happy about that, but the silly human was actually out dancing in the rain, so I think she's crazy excited.

The Sky is Falling

We had a little bit of rain this morning.

Some of the kids have never seen rain before.

They acted like the whole sky was falling.

Silly kids.

Wet

We've had rain about everyday for the last week.

It's wet and muddy.

Not much to talk about.

We're lucky to find enough time to go out and eat.

Stormy Weather

We've had some stormy weather lately.

It seems like we are out enjoying the pasture, and the human comes and hollers for us to come back to the barn.

I guess it does help the grass grow, but we're ready for some more sunny weather.

It's Not Getting Better

It's been raining all day.



Then it changed to snow.

I really am not happy with this.

Yuck!

It's raining.  The barnyard is a muddy mess.

Even the geese are trying to stay out of the mud.



Now it's getting foggy.

The human says we're supposed to get more snow.  Oh dear...

Poor Pistol

Poor Pistol.  It's bad enough for all of us that it rained all morning.  

But poor Pistol came into heat.

She still out there in the rain again tonight.

The human said I have to say, "Thank you," to Pricilla for sending us some rain and snow.  She also says to keep it coming.

I'm not quite so thrilled with it, but if it makes my pasture grow next spring, I guess that's a good thing.

The silly human is out and about singing Christmas songs. You really don't want to hear that.  I'm the musician, not her.

More Rain

We've had more rain today.

It was cold and wet and we got positively soaking when we went out to eat.

Rainy Day Napping

It be's rainy todays.

Me's found a nice bed to naps in.

It be's me and the bucks!  Yep.

And Boeris.

We be's hanging outs in the rainy day shelter.  But me go'ed backs wif me's Millie maa for supper times.

Rain!

We've had a rainy day today.

Usually we goats don't like rain at all, but the human told us that if we got enough rain, the pasture might actually turn back into grass instead of hay.

That would be nice.

Hope it rains all night (and then quits so we can go out and eat in the pasture).

Stormy

We've gotten some rain. The barnyard is muddy.

It's raining again, so there's nothing to do but stand in the barn and munch on hay.

I'm glad the human opened this part of the barn for us. It's not so leaky.

Myson seems to have made himself cozy right in the middle of the building.

Guess we'll just sit here and hope it doesn't get too bad.

Weather Cows

Wednesday.

Friday.

I really liked Wednesday better.

It rained and then snowed all day and night yesterday.

I stayed inside all day. I still don't want to come out.

Better Weather

Today was much better. It wasn't raining.

We got to spread out instead of being packed in the barn to stay dry, and some of us went outside to eat.

Now it's much cooler and windy.

Still, it's a lot better than rain and snow.

Waiting for the Sun

It's still raining. The llama is spending his time in the barn with us. Speaking of Djali, we're all starting to get a little cranky, like the llama.

Bud thinks the human isn't giving him enough attention, so he kept pulling on her jacket.

Vixen is playing hide-and-seek.

I think Lotus is using this time to plot how to get over the fence and into the food.

We elected Minnie, as the herd queen, to talk to the human about getting us some nice weather.

She said it's supposed to dry off tomorrow. I hope so.

It's Raining Again

It started raining this afternoon, and the human says it's going to keep raining all through tomorrow. Ick. There's nothing to do but hang out in the barn.

Stormy and her girls don't seem to mind too much.

We all have to eat our hay in the barn too. I have to make sure nobody else tries eating from my tub.

Vixen found a place to eat too. Her mom still keeps a close watch out to make sure nobody is mean to her.

Victoria hunted down her Grandma Dolly so she had someone to eat with.

Oh, I hope the rain doesn't last forever.
