Checking In

Are you sick of my silly human and her silly chicken yet?

Me

We're still sick of winter.  We eat.

Muffin

We bask (yes, Bambi's belly is big enough that it makes a good pillow).

Me and Bambi

We try to find someplace off the snow to sleep.

Moose

We have a skating rink in front of our drinking fountain.

Blaze, Victoria, and Scarlet

Basically, we're still sick of winter.  Hope you can handle more of Honey's adventures, because this is all I've got for now.

Sky Sugars

We keep getting these dustings of sky sugars.

Nope.  It's still cold and wet even when you call it something sweet.

We're tired of snow and cold and ready for spring.

Pasture

It's been cold and snowy, but we're still going out to pasture.  The ox won't let the human shut the gate on us. (We're starting to like the ox.)

Haley and Harley

It's hard work, but we can find  a little bit to eat.

He's Early

Old Man Winter seems to have come early this year.

I think we might try to butt him back into January where he belongs!  That is if we ever decide to leave the barn again.

Winter Unprepared

The human.  How could she?  Look at this...

We're stuck out in the cold weather.

We're trying to find food.

"Feed me!" maaed Helen.

It's cold.

There's snow.

All I can do is look on as the whole herd is in danger of starving!

Oh, woe is me!!!!

Chasing Winter Away

I was very unhappy when it started snowing again.  Really, it's May.  We should not have rainy snowy slush falling from the sky.

But it did.  It kept falling and falling and falling.

Our whole world was covered in snow again.  It was cold and miserable.

I was very unhappy with this and complained to the human.  She said she knew how to warm things up again.  She brought me this wonderful book, Heroes and Hay Bales by V. L. Locey.

I looked it over.  I sniffed it over.

Then I started reading about Libby and her hunky god boyfriend, Ares.  She tells all about her life with gods dropping in and hanging out on her Pennsylvania farm while they travel the world and underworld to save it from the evil Hades.

I'm glad I don't have to share my barn with a minotaur, but I do think that cute Pan and I could make sweet music together.  He would play his pipes and I'd play my horns.  Awww, Pan...

Well, it worked.  The story heated things up and melted all our snow away!

I'm a happy goat again!

Disclaimer:  I did not get anything for doing this review other than the warmth of a romance story and sweet dreams about the delightful goat god, Pan.   Awww, Pan...

The human wouldn't even let me eat the book when I was done with it.

It's Not Getting Better

It's been raining all day.

Then it changed to snow.

I really am not happy with this.

Brain Freeze

For some reason, Pam decided she didn't want to walk all the way to the cattle tank, so she decided to just have some snow.

BRAIN FREEZE!!!!!!

But lip-smacking good!

Silly Pam.  What are we going to do with her?

Winter is Here

We had a blizzard.

It's been horribly cold since then.

Now we're expecting more snow and cold.

I think winter is here to stay.
