Maaing for Hay

After nearly starving because it was too cold to stay in the pasture, I finally put my hoof down!

I maaed to the human that grain wasn't enough.  I maaed that we had to have hay, too.

"Are you listening to me, human?"

She ignored me, but I kept it up!  Finally...

We're very happy now.  And thankful.  After all it is the time of year to be thankful.

Winter Unprepared

The human.  How could she?  Look at this...



We're stuck out in the cold weather.



We're trying to find food.

"Feed me!" maaed Helen.

It's cold.



There's snow.



All I can do is look on as the whole herd is in danger of starving!



Oh, woe is me!!!!

Poor Doe!  Woe is Doe!

Her maaa weaned her, and now she seems to think she's starving to the point that she's EATING HER OWN FOOT!!!!!

Maybe she's just trying to tell the lazy human to get off her butt and come trim our hooves.

We do need pedicures. 

Another Treat

We got another yummy treat!

I think the human must be feeling guilty about making us wait for our treat and starving us in that tiny pasture all summer.

She bought us a lick tub! So yummy and good! Penny was about the first one to notice it.

Kizzy didn't even notice her picture being taken because she was enjoying it so much.

We've already eaten almost half of it.

So good!
