Stormy Weather

We've had some stormy weather lately.

It seems like we are out enjoying the pasture, and the human comes and hollers for us to come back to the barn.

I guess it does help the grass grow, but we're ready for some more sunny weather.

Still Helping

Remember the human put us to work getting rid of the storm debris? Well, we're still working on it. The leaves are all gone, but now we're working on the bark. Yummy bark!

Lotus doesn't mess around. She's just going for the big end of the branch and working it over. I think she's compensating for being a miniature goat.

Squirt says, "What? I'm working here. Do ya mind?"

Someone, however, got a little carried away with helping. Little Miss Coral decided to eat the stuff in the driveway.

The human wasn't too happy with that. She was muttering something about how it figures since Pistol is her mother. I wonder what she means by that...

Helping Hooves

With all the mess around here from our recent storm, everyone has to help with the cleanup. Even we goats are helping out.

Here's my girl Bambi!

Dolly is also getting rid of the debris.

Coffee is helping out.

Osmo was helping, but he was mostly fighting with the brush.

Even Coral was hard at work.

The boys had to help too. Rocky was a good worker.

All the goats down to the young little Rolly pitched in.

The human really appreciated us lending our helping hooves!

Scary

It was very scary last night. There was thunder and lightening and wind. We all huddled in the barn in the dark! This morning, this is what we saw. That power line is why we were in the dark.

Don't worry. We're all okay. That was lying in the human's yard.

We even got to reach some of the maple tree that wasn't lying in the human's yard.

We really hope it doesn't storm like this again. It was very scary.
