Excessive Heat Warning

The human says we're under an excessive heat warning and her weatherman says it's only going to get worse and last for at least the next seven days.

Me

For goodness sakes. We Saanens come from the mountainous regions of Switzerland. We do not like heat and humidity.

Meg

If she has a weatherman, you'd think she'd just ask him to turn down the heat and humidity.

We Nigerian dwarf goats come from the deserts of Africa so we are built for this kind of weather. It's that winter stuff that we don't like.

Drink lots and lots of water and stay out of the direct sun.

If you find that switch, kindly send the instructions to SC!

Have a better weekend!

Well, it's mid-July now, so this heat stuff should be better in a couple of months...... Hang in there!

I am sorry about the heat there Miss Millie...maybe you need to take a lesson from the geese and jump in the pool while it has water in it.

Blessings Kelsie

This is one thing I do not miss about Iowa. We don't have excessive heat warnings in Nova Scotia. You could come visit here, Millie, and bring everybody with you! On the other hand, it could get a bit warmer here. Two mornings ago, when we went outside, we could see our BREATH! That's chilly for July!! Not normal even for here.

Well,Millie,if the weatherman did control the weather he better be in hiding because he would be in fear of his life here in Texas! Hope all you goaties manage to stay cool!
