It's very hot here right now. I'm positively wilting. (I don't know how Bambi looks so good.)
Even the kids are all worn out.
We're still trying to convince Maggie she shouldn't put her kids in dark tubs in the sun.
The human did bring us nice buckets of clean water, but those ornery geese nip at our ears, so we have to wait for them to finish.
We're looking for every bit of shade we can find.

the dogs and i have been staying in the A/C a lot today. i wish you had some A/C. it kinda means Always Cool... :)
Wish you had a big shade and a huge fan to keep you cool! This heat is miserable for humans and critters alike!
ohhhh when i go to bed tonight i will put a little coin underneat my pillow and hope full the fairy elf (thiny) will pick it up and put a nice tree in your pasture!

It was very hot yesterday here too, Millie, but you know what I was doing?? Lounging IN THE SUN on the picnic table! My lady was astounded (she said so). Everyone else was inside the barn because of the heat and flies and there I was basking in the sun! The flies don't like my shiny white coat as much as they like the darker colors. hee hee.
Tell your lady you need air conditioning or a personal fan! You could attach the fan to your horns! weeeeee!
We Saanens are originally from the mountains, so we don't like the heat the way Boers handle it. At least you had the table to yourself!
