It worked! I knew our human wouldn't want the bad publicity of her goats protesting such foul conditions. Early this morning, a new wading pool miraculously appeared.
The geese seem happy to be able to take a bath again.
Stormy was happy to find a bucket that still had clean water.
Even the ducks got their wading pool cleaned out. Quackers, in the pool, and Chess, the solid black drake, will be eleven in May. They are the two oldest birds in the barnyard.
He can still make the water fly!

Our ducks have the same kind of pond! They do like to get in the goat water if they get a chance. The ducks say the water is just "gently used", the goaties say it taste like duck butt!
Gently used--good one! Definitely duck butt, and the goose is even worse.
