Young Fun

The sun came out today and warmed us up a bit, and there was no wind. We all enjoyed coming outside, but the young ones were really enjoying themselves.

They found the tree. Fionn seems a bit unsure of himself on that limb.

Of course some of them had gotten to play on it when they were little, but I think they didn't remember it. Others like, Victoria and Coral, have never been in here before. For some reason Coral was more interested in browsing than climbing.

My grandkid Cinnamon looks so happy! That's even with Haley pushing her around.

They did enjoy themselves. I bet they'll be up there again tomorrow because we are supposed to still have good weather.

Of course, I remember when the tree fell~I was just about their age. That was a long time ago!

Cute Couples

Well, we've got more hormones going around here. Miss Opal is playing hard to get with Marley.

I think they make an interesting couple. Good thing there's a fence between them!

The other young couple is Litha and Boeris.

He was singing her love songs.

They are enjoying dinner.

Later they are going dancing~the rhumba!

The weather is not fun today. It's cold and windy and snowy.

We didn't even want to come outside, except when the human was bringing us food.

Some goats aren't big and strong enough to get to eat inside.

Don't worry. Everyone has a full belly and a roof over their head tonight.

A Precarious Perch

Some fluffy little chicken was sitting on the "training stanchion." I think she was having a hard time staying on there.

Of course it didn't help with Dora the Explorer Rooster eyeing her tail feathers.

Did I say eyeing? I meant jumping up and grabbing her tail feathers.

Those chickens...

Luckily she got herself balanced and didn't fall off.

When He Wakes Up

Boeris might be sweet when he's asleep, but then he wakes up.

Who is he looking for?

It might be Sallie.

Bud.

Poor basking Bud isn't quite so happy to have Boeris's attention.

Even big bucks look sweet when they're all sleepy.

He is actually pretty sweet.

Another Beautiful Weekend

We had another beautiful weekend here. The human gave us all pedicures yesterday with the help of The Boy.

Other than that, it was lounging around basking in the sun.

Hardly a need to do anything except scratch the face occasionally.

Looks like Lily should be using this nice weather to work out instead of lounging.
