Remember the featherbrained peacock that was trying to drink ice? Well, today he got to drink from the pool again.
It was hot. We've been very warm this winter, and I'm even thinking about shedding my coat because it was so warm. The human says it's been hard on us mammals, but she's happy that her old drake, Quackers, is having a mild winter. She's planning a big party for his 13th birthday in May.
Is it me or does she look like a vulture perched up there on that nasty stanchion torture chamber?
Really, I don't think the human will ever get me to go in that thing with a vulture waiting.
The human split all of us goats up into different groups. She has some of us with the different boys, and I'm still in the barnyard. She did however, mess up. There are some geese on my side of the barnyard.
Some of them are on the other side where they belong.
I think she really needs to remove these honkers from my side of the barnyard.
It's that time of week when we link up to Farmgirl Friday.

ha ha. yeah, crazy weather today! national news said 98% of the U.S. was above freezing today (jan. 5th!)
Uh, Millie, I would definitely NOT go into the stanchion with that vulture-looking bird hanging around!!
Yeah that one that looks like a vulture, ummm... kinda scary. But I think it will start getting cold soon...
Glad the Peacock finally got a good drink! I would be more worried about the geese than that chicken. :-)
I am shedding my underfur too. It was 55° here today. That is just crazy.
I don't think I would like geese. The chickens are bad enough
LMAO!!! Too Funny! Don't think they could all be together and be happy either...lol! I'm sure there just like kids/siblings! ;)
