A Major Announcement

The kid seems to be out of the bag, so I have a major announcement. I am expecting a Marley baby on March 2, 2012.

The human isn't happy with Marley and me (mostly Marley), but I convinced her that I am a milking nanny. I don't want to be retired. I'm healthy, and the vet gave her reassurances that I'd be fine.

Where Bambi Is

Bambi is not on the same side of the fence as me. (She didn't even get out; the human put her there.)

She's with Boeris!

If all goes well, I'll be a grandnanny again in March.

Goodness, I'm getting too old for this.

The human kept us locked up, but she felt bad.

She said she hobbled the fence together because she knew we'd be happier and healthier if we got to be out in pasture.

She let us go out tonight. It felt so nice to be running and stretching our legs!

It's also nice to be able to drink some water from the little pool.

It's not full of goose sludge. We don't like goose sludge. Ick! But this water is really good.

She made us promise to stay on our side of the fence, and we did.

In Prison

The human got mad at us for hopping through the window to eat in the woods. She said they weren't our woods and we didn't belong there. It was our distant cousins.

I think our cousins wouldn't mind sharing, but the human has us locked in the barnyard.

Is he mad at MJ?

No, he enjoys the company of the ox.

So what's got him so upset.

Maxine is home from her date with the bull, and there's no more boys' night out.

MJ's happy to see his woman though.

I think they'll be hard to beat in the Goat Olympics.
