Chachi's Big Head

For some reason, Boeris's kids seem to have big heads.  Really, the vets even commented on it to the human after they pulled big-headed kids this spring.

Chachi is a big boy all around.

It makes it a bit of a squeeze to get his head back on the right side of the fence.

He's awfully skilled though at directing those horns and twisting his face back through the opening backwards without being able to see where he's going.

That's talent. He must take after his Grandmaa Millie.

What do you think?

Noisy Change

You might remember that some does were not taking their kids to pasture.  Instead, they were leaving them with the bucks.  Well, the human said the bucks were no longer good responsible guys to be leaving the little girls in their care.  So she brought in some noisy machines

and some nice nephews, and they changed the fence.

Now those little does can't go in with with daddy goats.

They've joined us out in the big pasture.

I think they are quite happy with our nice pasture!

The Scratching Fence

We have one certain place in the barnyard where we really like to scratch.

A Hunk-a-Hunk-Boeris Love

Boeris does not think it's fair that he doesn't have any of us beautiful does with him.

He's been trying to take matters into his own horns.

So far, he hasn't pushed the gate over.

You just wait, he says!

I'm sharing our Hunky Boeris with Farmgirl Friday.

Scratching

There are times you just need a good scratching rubdown the sides.  We've discovered that the fence on the peacock pen works perfectly for that.

Oh, that feels so good!

Marley

Isn't Marley a big handsome hunk of buck!

He's doing his best to bust down the fence.

That's how I ended up with Myson to give to the human.  She's threatening him...

He Doesn't Get it from Me

Myson seems to have a problem.

He keeps putting his head through the fence~in those itty bitty places.

Silly kid. He didn't get that from my side of the family. He must have gotten it from the human.

"Quit with the pictures and help me maaaaaa!!!!!!"

Mmmm. A bottle makes it all better!

Silly Harley

The human let the young does out of the pen where I'm now located. Harley was being silly.

I think she just wanted to make sure she still had the talent for not getting stuck.
