Too Much Coffee

We think Stormy drank too much coffee when she was a kid.

Isn't that what causes chest hair to grow?

I've never seen a doe with that hairy of a chest before.

More Kids

Since my last update, four more girls have had their kids.

Penny has two bucks:

Stormy has a buck and a doe:

Maggie has two does:

Haley made up for her slacker sister.  She has two does and a buck!

We're all excited with so many little ones running around!  I especially like that they are on the other side, so they are not running on top of me.

How Nice

I think it's nice that Stormy invites her girl, Harley, to eat hay with her.

I'd eat with my kids too, but I have so many that I'd never get a bite.

Love is in the Air

Love is in the air.

Stormy decided today that she's in love with Marley.

She thinks he's handsome.

He's big and can protect her.

He's very nice.

Plus he's a wether, so she doesn't have to worry about kids. ;-)

Don't forget to enter my giveaway for two bars of goat's milk soap HERE.

Technical Problems

Stormy, Harley and Haley were lying on the concrete slab.  They are practicing for the next Goat Olympics in synchronized basking.

Haley says she would be perfectly synchronized, but she ran out of concrete.  Darn!  Practice has been cancelled until they can find a bigger chunk of concrete.

Stormy is a Scaredygoat

This is Stormy.  She's a pretty big goat.  She's all grown up and a mom. You'd think she'd be brave.

What could have her acting like a kid trying to get away from something by scurrying under the fence.

It wasn't working so well, was it?

It wasn't the chupacabra.

Nope.  It was just MJ.  The human finally convinced Stormy to sneak past him really quickly while she stood between them.  You know because the human is so big and strong she can protect her from a giant ox.

He was on his way out to pasture.

Silly scaredygoat Stormy.

What a Daughter is For

Stormy is laying by her daughter, Stormy.

She seems to think Stormy makes a pretty good pillow.

She looks pretty cozy.

They both look pretty cozy.

I guess that's what a daughter is for.
