Here She Is

This is Maxine's baby.  Her name is Norma Jean.

She seems to be a little slow in the area of nursing.  Maxine's udder is a lot like Cutie's~big and hanging low.

That makes it hard for her calf to nurse.

Still, did she have to put them in our barn?

Too Busy

The human says she's too busy to let me do a real post today.

Here's a hint as to who is keeping her so busy.

Windy Weather

We've had some quite windy weather lately.

Marley can even see out of one eye.

Only because the wind was blowing his long bangs out of the way.

Do you think he should get a haircut?

This is Bud and Flower.

It's pretty easy to see that they are related.

Coffee

We had a request to see a pregnant Coffee. Here she is.

She's looking good. Her due date is June 1st. The human said she was due on May 12th with Helen and Muffin, but I know better.

Oh, here's the rest of her.

She's starting to make an udder. It looks like she'll be able to raise her babies.

By then, my Miranda will be ready to be weaned.

Stormy

We've gotten some rain. The barnyard is muddy.

It's raining again, so there's nothing to do but stand in the barn and munch on hay.

I'm glad the human opened this part of the barn for us. It's not so leaky.

Myson seems to have made himself cozy right in the middle of the building.

Guess we'll just sit here and hope it doesn't get too bad.
