Weaned?

Does Dana look like she's weaned? She's not nursing her mom, but she's not supposed to be in the same place either.

She left her poor twin sister, Dixie, out there all by herself.

Sisters should stick together.

Locked Up Again

The human shut me back up north. The human says I'm spending too much energy browsing in pasture.

She just wants me to stand around and eat. At least I have Bambi with me this time.

I'm with Kizzy and Muffin. They might share, but I do not. See Muffin's butt as she walks away. That was my suggestion to her.

And while I'm shut in here, Minnie is encroaching on my favorite napping spot.

The Sky

Look at our sky. It looks like it's on fire.

I hope we are safe in our barn. Maybe it will warm things up again.

Please Forgive Me

Earlier in the week I told you that Marley was representing Eden Hills in the movement to stand for PEACE. I feel just horrible because I forgot to tell you the brilliant goat that began this movement. It is Pricilla at Happy Goats Farm. Be sure to visit and see how this great movement began.

You can also visit Lucky 13 Goat Ranch to see Uhura and Zoe who are supporting the movement there.

Lucky Nickel at Whispering Acres organized the goats there to stand up for PEACE.

The latest group of goats to join is Clearwater Ranch represented by Harrison.

Keep spreading the word to our humans that we are in favor of PEACE. Be sure to visit all these other great goats and the greatest, Pricilla, for starting this.

Two Big Mouths

Kizzy and Muffin are very noisy. The human locked them up.

She said that Muffin had to quit letting her two girls nurse because they are big and she is getting thin.

Kizzy's girls aren't so big, but she seems to be in a motherly way after the little boys busted out. That means she needs to dry up and worry about new babies not the two that are four-months-old.

Isn't it amazing that they can eat so much? Isn't it even more amazing that they can share? The human usually says we're pushy and don't share.

See, not all goats don't know how to share.

Extra Bird

I get to go in and eat a before bed snack. Of course, the human makes me wait until Jilly and Minnie are done--just because I'm not getting milked.

Anyhow, when I'm in there I get to see all the birds. There are chickens.

The ducks get to stay in here.

The peacock is up in the rafters. We have to be careful they don't poop on us.

This bird does not belong in here.

Do you know what kind it is, besides the eating my corn kind?

Stand Up

There seems to be a movement across the goat farming world. We goats are uniting to STAND UP for peace.

Marley volunteered to be the representative for Eden Hills.

All you other goats take up the cause, and STAND UP for peace!
