New Friends

We have new friends here. Claire from Whispering Acres brought us some little goats.

They really are little.

So far, they are pretty nice. I hope the human keeps them in that pen so they can't eat my food.

In This Corner...

Naughty Rooster Boy was kicked out of the chicken coop because he was so mean and nasty to the other roosters.

He still likes to hang out by the chicken pen now that the weather is nice.

The orange rooster isn't afraid of him now though.

There's a fence that keeps him safe.

Look who's all tough!

They could fight all day!

Except Cutie and Vixen don't appreciate being in the fight.

Looks like he picked a fight in the wrong corner.

Big Girl Vinnie

Vinnie is one of our yearlings.

She's small, but she is still growing.

I do believe she's outgrown the food pan.

Our three boys remind us of the Three Stooges.

They are sometimes like a comedy routine. Larry, Moe and guess who's Curley!

Pebbles and Penny Forget Something

We were all out in pasture this weekend enjoying some nice dry grass. Finally, we went back up to the barnyard for some basking. Pebbles and Penny forgot something in pasture.

The human asked them where their kids were. They didn't know!

The human went down to pasture to hunt for them. Look where she found them!

They were laying there under the watchful eye of the cranky llama. I guess he is good for something.

They boys woke up and looked around.

Nobody was there! What would they do? The human called for them to come with her, and off they went.

They made it past the geese.

They found their friend Bob.

Once they got close, they knew the way and took off.

A Visitor

Guess who came to meet me!

Claire from Whispering Acres. She likes goats.

I was very happy to meet her.

I must say, she's an expert at petting and scratching around the horns

Fionn really liked her too.

We are so happy we got to meet Claire, especially since she is moving back to Canada. We wanted to sneak Fionn into her vehicle, but it didn't work. We hope she'll come and visit us again. Good luck in your new adventure!
