I really hate to complain, but it is very hot.
See. I have proof. And that is in the shade. Look how hot it is in the sun.
We don't know because the human was afraid the thermometer was going to break. It was even too hot for the geese, and they don't mind hot weather.
They were all panting.
This one was sitting on her nest, but the other one knew it was hot enough to incubate her eggs without sitting on them.
They just sit in the pools of what is supposed to be clean goat water all day long!

ReplyDeleteI think it's bad that Nigel and Nozzy stick their feet in my water and splash it around but I think goose bums in my water would be worse!

How about a sprinkler in a shady area?
Won't those eggs hatch on their own with it being this hot?
Oh, Millie, that is way too hot. Poor thing. And I think the human needs to get the geese their own pool and tell them to keep out of yours! Muddy water just makes a hot day worse!
