We both be biggerest boys. See he's 'most as big as Kizzy, but me's not a parasite like Miranda.

No, Myson, Miranda is not a bad kind of parasite. Miranda is just a little boy with a funny name and you need to be nice to him right now because his--and your--Maaa is sick. You need to play around her very nicely and not fight but just be cute and entertaining as she regains her strength. I've been thinking about beautiful Millie all day and hope that she is feeling better after getting her medicine. Nasty worms. We get those too.
