Three Billy Goats Gruff (Part IV)
Minnie Pearl was standing on the bridge with the mean old nasty smelly troll ready to eat him for supper! The troll took Minnie Pearl and tried to pull him off the bridge!
Minnie Pearl stood up to his full height and maaed, "How dare you!"
"You are mean and nasty and old and smelly. How dare you eat us goats."
"We have family. How would you like it if I ate your brother?" and Minnie Pearl promptly walked on across the bridge.
The troll looked thoughtful for a moment and then started to blubber and cry. "I'm so sorry. I'll never eat goat again. In fact, I'm going to become a vegetarian."
Suddenly, all the other goats that had been secretly following the three brothers began to appear and see if it was really safe to come out.
Their whole world seemed brighter!
The troll was no longer mean and nasty and smelly. He was still old though.
The goats and the happy rainbow haired troll got along great.
The troll thanked Minnie Pearl for helping him to see the error of his ways.
It was so nice on that side of the ditch that they could browse and eat and climb trees all day long.
They all lived happily ever after.
The End.

Three Billy Goats Gruff (Part III)
Myson had gone off to hurry Bud along, so he could get across the bridge to the other hill to eat. He was hungry, like always. As he got to the edge of the bridge, he saw the troll waiting to eat Bud.
Myson and Bud stepped onto the bridge and headed towards the troll. Trip. Trap. Trip. Trap.
"Who's that walking on my bridge?" called the troll.
"I brought my middle brother back, just like I promised," replied Myson. The biggest billy goat, Minnie Pearl, was right behind. He waited at the end of the bridge to see what was going to happen.
Myson said, "See I brought you my middle brother to eat."
The troll was very happy and forgot all about his plan to eat both Bud and Myson.
When Bud heard that he was going to be lunch for the troll, he said, "Really, you mean old nasty smelly troll, you don't want to eat me." Myson, was curious as to what would happen, so he hung around.
"You see," said Bud, "our biggest brother, Minnie Pearl is just at the end of the bridge. I think you should wait for him." Bud looked back to make sure that Minnie Pearl was still coming.
"Really, you should." added Myson, and the two of them walked across the bridge. When Minnie Pearl saw that Myson and Bud had made it across the bridge, he cautiously started across.
Trip. Trap.

"Who's that walking on my bridge?" asked the mean old nasty smelly troll.
"It's Minnie Pearl, the biggest of three brothers off to eat on the hill across this bridge."
"Oh no you're not! I'm going to eat you!" snarled the troll.
You'll have to come back tomorrow for the exciting conclusion.

Three Billy Goats Gruff (Part II)
Myson and Bud and Minnie Pearl were on their way to the bridge in hopes of crossing to the other hill where there was lots of good green grass to browse on. They weren't afraid of the nasty old evil troll that lived under the bridge.
Myson, always wanting food, was the first to reach the bridge. He looked to the right.
He looked to the left.
Nope. He had to go across the bridge and face that nasty old mean troll.
He thought for a second, and then he started across the bridge.
Trip. Trap. Trip. Trap.
"Who's walking across my bridge?" called the nasty old mean troll.
"It's just me, Myson, an itty bitty little billy goat."
"Yummy, I like eating goat for breakfast."
Myson, being a very smart little goat, told the mean old evil smelly troll about his middle brother that was coming right behind.
"You don't want to eat a skinny little dairy kid like me. You want my middle brother."
"I'll go get him for you."
Myson headed back the way he had come from to bring his brother Bud to feed to the troll.

Three Billy Goats Gruff (Part I)
Once upon a time, a very very long time ago, way before color even, there was a herd of goats that lived on a hilly pasture.
One summer there was a very bad drought, and they ate all the grass from their hill.
In this herd there happened to be three brothers. A little billy goat named Myson.
A middle billy goat named Bud.
And a big billy goat named Minnie Pearl. Really~see the beard.
These three brothers had a great idea to cross the ditch and eat on the next hill over.
"You can't do that," Joe warned.
"The nasty old troll that lives under the bridge will eat you." said Vixen.
"Nonsense," said Myson.
"Horsefeathers," said Bud.
"Just let him try," said Minnie Pearl and off they went.
The other goats tried to talk them out of going, but Myson and Bud and Minnie Pearl were three billy goats on a mission.
Tune in tomorrow to see if our three brothers make it safely to the other hill.
