Wherever her maa goes, so goes Xena.
Even if it's a leap over the water.

It Feels So Good
It really is nice to be out in pasture on that green grass. Of course some goats enjoy it a bit more than others.
I think Sugar's kids think she's a little silly. Don't most kids feel that way about their maa though?
If only I were a young goat, I'd be joining them.

A Word of Warning
Lily was enjoying some scrubby old cedar trees to scratch between her horns.
Minnie warned her to be careful.
If you get too close to a rose bush, it will be painful.

Don't worry, the scratch above Minnie's eye is healing quite nicely. She's taking her own advice and avoiding rose bushes.

Scratching Bliss
Sallie has graciously volunteered to demonstrate one of the best things about getting to go out in the pasture (besides all the green stuff to eat).
It's scratching bliss!

A Pasture Perfect Day
We are getting to spend more time in pasture now. Not all day, mind you, but it is better.
Yesterday evening, we were all enjoying the sunshine. While we nannies were busy browsing, the kids found a way to entertain themselves.
They do like those trees!

Djali's Thoughts on the New Kids
What a nice day to just stand around and guard the goats.
That's better.
Luckily, Ronnie and Robbie aren't too worried. Cranky llama.
Oh no. Not more goats!
Get away from me, or I'll spit on you!
That's better.
