Kids

Some crazy maa's brought their kids out to the Back Forty the other night.  Then they left them at the bottom of the hill.



Not all the maa's forgot about their kids.  Some are really good maa's.

Some goat finally noticed their kids at the bottom of the hill.

 We all had to run down to be with them.



Those kids felt they had been horribly neglected.

It certainly made for happy kids when their maa showed back up with a snack!

Reservation Mix-Up

There seems to be a bit of confusion.  We had two couples of Canada geese insisting that they had reservations to spend the night in our Back Forty.



They couldn't get along.  The two ganders decided to fight over the space.

Guess who lost?

 He was stuck up on top of the tree.

 

The other gander was down there waiting for him.

His woman was on the other side of the tree waiting for him.

I don't know how long that silly gander was stuck in the tree because we went back to the barnyard and went to bed.

Really.  You can't share the Back Forty (as in forty acres for four birds)?????

Look Who Showed Up

The bovine ran out of water in the Back Forty.

Now we have to try not to get stepped on by those big water hogs.

Nothing

I really have nothing to say tonight because I'm out browsing in the Back Forty.

Of course, someone else had to tag along. :-)

Maybe I'll have something to blog about tomorrow.

Me Goes 'Sploring

Me's human opened the fence.

Me's followed everybody else out.

It was yummyest!

Me's found a tree to climb.

Me's wants to go back tomorrows.
