Look Who Came to Visit

The human's nephew Christopher came to visit.

He was out in our barnyard, but he wasn't giving us attention.  What's up with that?

He just stood there smiling.

Well, maybe next time he'll bring us some treats.

Mischief!

That cute little visitor really caused some mischief with Bud.

Bud is sweet and friendly and likes visitors.

Look what they did to him!  

Don't worry, they didn't really make Bud stand there with the toddler on him.  

Bud was just patient enough with the mischief maker to let the human get a picture.

He didn't hold a grudge either.  He went over to say good-bye.

We Get a Visitor

Look who came to meet us!

I did the official greeting.  That is my job.

Really, it is.  Don't give me that look.

Of course, if I follow our visitors around, I often get a treat.

This one doesn't look like he's going to pull a peanut out of that diaper.

Doesn't smell like it either!

Whew!  Just saying...

Kids Visit

We had some kids visit yesterday. They started in the house to see and help feed Myson.

Then they came outside with Myson.

Then the best part of the visit~

I got green grass

and nose scritches.

Yummy. I like when visitors give me treats!

Cinnamon Has Visitors

The human's cousin came all the way from South Dakota to visit. She brought her kids to meet the kids. Cinnamon is very fond of humans, so she volunteered to meet the little one.

They weren't too sure of each other at first.

They checked each other out.

He got right down and looked her in they eye.

Finally, the human's cousin convinced the boy that Cinnamon wasn't going to eat him.

He touched her.

He jumped back!

Now this made Cinnamon nervous!

Then he wanted her to go show her around, but she saw that ornery twinkle in his eye.

Finally, she decided to go meet the big humans.

That left the little kid Clover to play with the little kid.

I think everyone had a fun time!

Pistol's Helper

Pistol's little kids are getting some extra milk. That milk comes from Minnie and Helen and now Meg. But look who stopped by to give the milk to the girls. Claire Bear was here! She fed Coral.

Then she fed Clover.

After feeding the bottle kids, she went exploring. She found Hickory.

It was quite a lesson to see where the other kids got their milk.

She found the goslings.

She never did come see me,

but I guess kids prefer kids!
