More Goat Lending

Today, we had some humans come and visit. They didn't spend much time loving me up (I did get some petting), but were very interested in the kids. Look at that Meg getting all the attention from the grandpa.

Cinnamon was having a lot of fun playing with the little boy human.

Of course, it looks like the little boy human was enjoying Cinnamon as well.

Harley was happy to take a bottle from the little girl.

Cinnamon loved them all!

At the end of the visit, Tayet and Scout left with them. Doesn't the little girl look excited?

Scout and Tayet were scared to go, but they are excited to spend the summer with this great family. They'll come back home in the fall. You can see them in their new home at Faking Fabulous. You can also read about the name Tayet, which my silly human didn't even know.

On a totally unrelated note, Bonnie and Blaze no longer have a forever farm. I'd tell you more, but the human won't let me say anything not nice about her species on my blog.

The Goat Lender

The human was feeding bottle kids. She was feeding them all the time. She was feeding Hickory and Chuck.

She was feeding Cinnamon.

She was feeding Fionn.

She was feeding Oscar.

She was feeding Haley.

She was not happy about feeding everyone. Finally, she said, "That's it! I can't feed six bottle kids at once!" She called her sister and loaned her two kids. The lucky two to be loaned out are Hickory

and Chuck. She figured they would get along fine. After all, they are three-quarters brothers. Their dad is Big Red, and their mothers are twins, Litha and Stormy. That's three-fourths, isn't it?

I wanted her to take pictures of Fionn and Oscar getting their bottles, but the human said, "No way! I am not taking pictures and bottle feeding four kids!" You'd think my blog photographer would be more dedicated than that.
