I Wonder

I wonder if I give the human a pathetic look

and act like I'm starving,

will she bring me more apple treats?

What do you think?

I Know What to Do

Show me a bowl of apple, and I know what to do with it.

You don't have to invite me to eat twice.  If only I could get Bambi to back off a bit.

The Little Maisie Bird

Pam has truly neglected her daughter Maisie's education.  Look at this!

She didn't even know what to do with that bowl of apples.

What is wrong with her?

My Treat

Nobody guessed what my treat was!  I was in the barnyard eating my hay. (Yes, I'm still wearing my coat because it's still cold.)

I looked up and saw the human.

Then I ran to see her!

She had an apple treat for me!

I love apples!

Yummy!

Mail Call

I got mail!  See, it really was for me.  The mailman brought it out and put it in the mailbox just for ME!

See what I got.  It's a wonderful monogramed cloth from Texan.  She sells them in her Etsy shop, but I won mine!

She said it was good for glasses and computers and televisions, but look what I think it's perfect for!

Yep, the human polished an apple and brought it out to me.

Yummy!

Thank you Texan!

Coral's First Apple

The human brought us out some apple treats. Coral got to try apple for the very first time.

At first, she just licked and gently tasted it.

It passed the taste test!

"No, Haley, it's mine. You can't have it!"

"Go away, Harley. This is just for me!"

"Apple. I don't have any apple."

Chomp, chomp, chomp.

Oh, yeah. This is good.

I think she's hooked.

A Much Better Treat

After yesterday's pepper fiasco when the human tried poisoning me by feeding me peppers, I was a bit nervous when she came out to see me. No more peppers!

Wait. I know what that is.

Apples!

Hey, Lotus doesn't need an apology apple. Really. That's mine, isn't it?

Not Bambi.

I'm her mother, and I say she doesn't need apple. I'll just take that.

Cinnamon is too young for apples. Sure, that's it.

I'm her grandnanny. I'll just take that.

Why are you looking at me like that.

I love apples!
