Winter Yoga

It's really important to make sure you stay in shape over the winter.


We're not out in pasture running around, so that makes a yoga workout even more important.


You know, you have to stay in shape.


Especially if you're having kids in the spring.  It makes it much easier.

Gee! Er...Wow! That is very good yoga! My lady said if I didn't eat so much I might be able to do that too. Burp.
