The human tried to make Bud smarter. She couldn't do it.
After several phone calls to the vet and a visit with the vet, Bud is getting smarter. The vet banded him to keep the blood flow to his brain instead of wasting it other places.

He's a good candidate for something. We're just not sure what yet. It will be something that makes a lot of noise, that's for sure.
